What happens in a session

We work with what is already present, and look at it more precisely.

Often, this brings a different understanding of what is actually important, beyond what you thought or planned.

From there, things begin to shift.

You may find:

  • a different way of making decisions

You don’t need to prepare anything in advance.

Between our sessions

Using the Joyering app regularly supports this work.
It helps you notice what is already present in your day and stay connected to what matters.

All sessions are one-to-one, 55 minutes long, and take place by audio.

You can begin with a single session or choose multiple sessions for more continuity.

Single Session

55 minutes.
For clarity, direction, or when something needs attention.

4-Session Series

55 minutes each.
A little more space to go deeper.
Schedule at your own rhythm within 3 months.

6-Session Series

55 minutes each.
More continuity over time.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to prepare anything before the session?

No. You can simply come as you are and bring what feels present for you.

How do I book the remaining sessions if I choose a package?

You book your first session when you purchase. After that, you can schedule the remaining sessions at your own rhythm within the package timeframe.

Is support provided between sessions?

Our work takes place during the sessions. Communication between sessions is limited to scheduling matters.

Are sessions refundable?

No. All purchases are final.

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no session has taken place.
Once a session has been used, the purchase is no longer refundable.

Can I reschedule a session?

Yes, with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Are these sessions therapy or medical care?

No. These sessions are a form of guidance and do not replace therapy, psychological treatment, or medical care.

How do the sessions take place?

We meet by audio (via Google Meet or a similar platform), without video.

This allows for a more focused and inward experience.
