See what is already there.

Creating meaningful success without missing our lives.

We spend years pursuing goals, building careers, creating businesses, and working toward the future.

Yet many of us discover that even when life looks successful from the outside, something still feels missing, and we gradually lose touch with what truly matters to us.

What if meaningful success is not about finding the thing that finally completes us?

Hi! I'm Ulrika Torquato.

I believe it is possible to create meaningful success while remaining deeply connected to beauty, emotional aliveness, and the experience of truly living.

Throughout my life, I kept discovering the same pattern: the achievement changed, but the striving remained.

That experience led me to explore what meaningful success really means, and how we can create it without missing the life we are living.

What brings us joy is telling us something.
About what truly matter to us.
And it may not be what we thought.

I speak to organizations, conferences, healthcare teams, and audiences interested in resilience, wellbeing, human performance, and meaningful success.

My keynote, See What Is Already There: Creating Meaningful Success Without Missing Our Lives, explores why achievement, success, and personal growth do not always create the fulfillment we expect, and what happens when we stop looking for completion in the next milestone, insight, or version of ourselves.

Through personal stories, psychological insight, research, and a simple practical exercise, I invite audiences to rethink the relationship between achievement, fulfillment, and what truly matters, while discovering how to remain connected to the life they are creating along the way.

Speaking
A simple way to discover what genuinely matters to you:

Joyering is a way of discovering what matters to us by paying attention to what genuinely moves us.

By noticing the moments that create a sense of connection, beauty, meaning, relief, or aliveness, we begin to see what truly enriches our lives.

Not in theory.

Not in our minds.

But in our actual lived experience.

What Joyering means
How it works

When something joyful happens, a conversation, a walk, a good coffee, a piece of music, we simply tap the category that fits.

A butterfly appears. That moment becomes part of our collection.

When we reach 21 butterflies, we release them.

And begin again.

The future matters.
So does what is already here.
