Nature of the Work

This is a guidance service.

It is not therapy, psychological treatment, medical care, or financial advice. No diagnosis or treatment is provided.

If you are experiencing psychological or medical concerns, you are expected to seek appropriate professional support.

No specific results are guaranteed.

Sessions

Sessions are 55 minutes in duration.

Sessions take place by audio (via Google Meet or a similar platform), without video. This supports a more focused and inward experience. They are not recorded.

Sessions are booked individually. If you have purchased a series, you may schedule each session at your own rhythm within the applicable timeframe.

Options

You may choose between:

• A single session (55 minutes)
• A 4-session series (to be used within 3 months)
• A 6-session series (to be used within 6 months)

Unused sessions expire after the respective timeframe.

Payment

Payment is required in advance at the time of booking.

All prices are listed in USD and may be updated without notice.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.

Sessions canceled or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice are not refunded.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that no session has taken place.

By booking the first session of a package or series, you expressly agree that the service may begin before the end of this 14-day period.

Once the first session of the series has taken place, the purchase is no longer refundable.

Ending the Work Early

You are free to stop scheduling sessions at any time.

If you have purchased a session series, the full amount is non-refundable once a session has taken place.

Client Responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

This work is intended to support clarity and direction, but all outcomes depend on your own choices and engagement.

Eligibility

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book and participate in sessions.

Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions is treated as confidential.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ulrika Torquato shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of this service.

Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ticino, Switzerland.
